Yes. You can upgrade your site to a higher subscription plan at any time. If you upgrade in the middle of your monthly or annual term, you will be charged at a prorated amount of the higher plan for the remainder of the term. Simply open a support request.

Yes. You can cancel your subscriptions, but we do not offer refunds for any time which remains after your cancellation request is processed.

Yes. Your site will start with a t3gardens.com subdomain (i.e, mysite.customers.t3gardens.com). Your site is already configured to use the domain you have chosen during the sign up: simply add the required CNAME at your DNS provider, and your site will be automatically accessible via your domain.

To be able to use your own domain, add the following entries in your DNS configuration:

Yes. If you do not want to manage the DNS yourself, you can transfer the domain management to T3Gardens. To do this, you need to replace your name servers with:

lola.ns.cloudflare.com
rick.ns.cloudflare.com

To edit your zone afterwards, simply open a support ticket.

In order to enable the static assets of your website site to be served by a CDN (Cloudflare), the DNS entries of your domain have to be of type 'CNAME'. Unfortunately, the root entry of a DNS zone cannot be a 'CNAME' (it must be an 'A' entry). That is why we automatically redirect the root domain 'domain.com' to 'www.domain.com'. Also note that the SSL certificate is provided fo subdomains only and is not available for the root domain.

If you want to avoid the redirection or have an SSL certificate on the root domain, you will have to transfer the DNS management to T3Gardens.

There is no limit. As many custom domains as you want can point to your website. Simply open a support ticket for adding a new custom domain.

As the root entry of a DNS zone cannot be a 'CNAME' (it must be an 'A' entry), you will have to transfer the DNS management to T3Gardens. Of course, for all subdomains (including www), you can keep the DNS management on your side.

Security and minor updates are automatically applied to every web site. There is no intervention required on your side. You web site is always up to date.

Security and minor updates are automatically applied to every web site. However, upgrading to another major version of TYPO3 is not automatic, as some extensions may not be compatible with the new TYPO3 version. This is why this change has to be made manually: in the control panel, simply choose the major version of TYPO3 you want to use for your website. At any time, you can change it.

Yes. With T3Gardens, you are never locked in. At any time, you can download a full copy of your website (content and database).

Your web site is hosted in the european datacenters of Amazon in Ireland (EU).

Yes, we provide a solution for your emails based on the Google Apps offering (Gmail).
